Shipments sent outside Australia are sold exclusive of GST and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country.

Our warehouse is located in Sydney, Australia. All orders placed before 1pm AEST will be dispatched by the close of business the next business day. All international orders are dispatched using a standard shipping service with Australia Post or FedEx. All orders shipped with Australia Post will be delivered via your local postal service. All orders shipped with FedEx will be shipped on a door to door service. For express service options, please contact us. 

Delivery outside of Australia costs a flat rate of $25.00 AUD for as many items as you purchase. Shipping is available to all countries, with some exceptions. If in doubt, please contact us.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
