Sale & outlet items are Final Sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges for alternate sizes of the same style are accepted pending availability - please note we are to be notified within 7 days of receiving your item if you are requesting an exchange in size.
4 HOUR FRENZY SALE
4 Hour Frenzy starts 12pm Wednesday 23 October 2024 AEDT. Sale ends 4pm Wednesday 23 October 2024 AEDT. Code can be applied in the discount section of the checkout and is available on selected products. Items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
RETURN POLICIES
- To return your Pasduchas purchase, all you need to do is alert PASDUCHAS of your decision within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
- Please email info@pasduchas.com.au to begin your return.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and tagged exactly as the item was dispatched to be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
- Sale items or items purchased using a discount code can not be refunded unless deemed faulty by our team. The introductory 'WELCOME10' code is exempt from sale terms and conditions.
- Styles marked 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. Unless deemed faulty by our team.
- In the event a return does not meet the set standards, PASDUCHAS reserves the right to reject the return. All returns are at the cost of the customer. Postage costs will be covered under the circumstance the garment is faulty or from error on our behalf. Please note the maximum coverage provided is $20.
- Refunds and replacements will be issued for manufacturing faults, however please note this may not include general wear and tear.
- Credit notes have no expiry and are non refundable or transferable.
- In the circumstance the garment is deemed faulty, we require the original piece to be returned in order for the refund to take place.
Your PASDUCHAS purchase comes with a customer satisfaction guarantee whereby if you find your purchase doesn’t fit the way you hoped then you can receive a refund on full priced items. All returns are the responsibility of the customer and refunds are excluding the initial shipping cost paid. All returns are at the cost of the customer.
RETURN PROCESS
- PASDUCHAS is notified within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the return process - please email info@pasduchas.com.au - (Any items sent without approval are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender)
- Once approved please return the item to us within 7 days of approval.
- Items are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and original tags are attached).
